在我们学校,多数参加体育高考的学生,都是在上高三后才进行体育训练的。时间紧、任务重、基础差是摆在每个高三体育教师面前的难题,体育专业考生的训练不同于专业队的训练,是以全面训练为基础,稍侧重于专项训练的课余训练。身体素质考试中100米跑又是必考项目。因此,如何科学地进行短跑专项训练的问题值得重视。如何解决这个难题,找到突破口,是当务之急。结合本校学生的实际情况,浅谈短跑训练的方法。
