过敏性紫癜 (HSP)是以全身毛细血管为主要病变的变态反应性疾病 [1, 2]。病理改变可波及全身多个脏器和系统。临床上除皮肤紫癜外,常有腹痛,关节痛及肾脏病变等 [1~3]。
