广东工学院机械系热处理教研组高频小组在高频生产实践中,观察到工件加热时,高频机栅流变化有一定的规律性。经过试验分析,初步掌握了栅流变化与工件表面加热时组织转变的联系,并利用栅流变化的规律性实现高频加热自动控制,该院用此法生产了五万多件45号钢件,效果很好。高频感应加热淬火,温度测量的方法有热电偶、光电高温计……等。然而,目前在生产中

After the test and analysis, preliminary mastered the relationship between the change of the gate current and the surface texture when the workpiece is heated, and utilizes the regularity of the gate flow to realize the automatic control of the high frequency heating.
