荧光分光光度法测定乳酸环丙沙星的含量，当缓冲溶液 ｐＨ值为 ２． ００，激发波长为２８１．５ｎｍ，发射波长为４４７．６ｎｍ处，荧光强度与浓度成线性关系。线性范围为０～６．０μｇ／ｍＬ，平均回收率为１０４．９％（ｎ＝６）。
Fluorescence spectrophotometric determination of ciprofloxacin lactate content, when the buffer solution pH value of 2. 00, the excitation wavelength is 281.5nm, the emission wavelength is 447.6nm, the fluorescence intensity is linear with the concentration. The linear range was 0 ~ 6.0μg / mL with an average recovery of 104.9% (n = 6).
