拓展训练自1995年引入中国后,以其独特的培训模式和显著的训练效果,很快成为风靡全国的培训新宠。作为一种全新的学习方法和教育方式,其新颖的教育理念和前瞻性更与当今高校体育课程改革的趋势不谋而合。实用擒拿课作为一种较受大学生欢迎的体育教学课目,在高校体育中有它自身的特点和一定的影响力。高校实用擒拿教学与拓展训练相结合的教学模式,是在现有实用擒拿教学方法上的大胆创新,对于提高实用擒拿技、战术水平和大学生的身心素质以及多方面的能力都有较多优势。通过“拓展训练”式的实用擒拿教学,不仅使学生在愉快、积极的参与中,学到实用擒拿技、战术,领悟拳理,通过亲身体验来挖掘自己的潜能,培养创新精神和实践能力,更有助于提高学生的心理素质和沟通能力,促进果敢、顽强、自信、团结等优良品格的形成,为实用擒拿教学开辟了一条全新的教学思路。
