目的:观察子宫肌瘤合并子宫腺肌病患者结合带超微结构变化情况。方法:本组抽取我院于2011年9月至2013年9月收治的子宫肌瘤合并子宫肌腺病患者23例作为研究对象,取子宫结合带组织作为检查标本,并行显微镜检查。结果:子宫结合带显微镜图像显示肌细胞形态异常,线粒体细胞呈中心空化发展,细胞体积增大。子宫结合带可见肥大细胞,呈簇状,细胞外膜完整。子宫内膜核膜的形状存在异常,细胞表面检出绒毛,且数量呈明显降低趋势。结论:结合带的超微结构异常可能会诱发患者出现子宫肌瘤合并子宫腺肌病。
Objective: To observe the ultrastructure changes of the binding bands in patients with uterine fibroids complicated by adenomyosis. Methods: Totally 23 patients with uterine fibroids complicated with adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected as the study subjects. Uterine banding tissues were taken as the specimens for examination and parallel microscopy. Results: The uterus with a combination of microscopy images showed abnormal muscle cell morphology, mitochondrial cells were central cavitation development, cell volume increased. Uterine mast cells can be seen with clusters, the outer membrane integrity. The shape of the endometrium nuclear membrane abnormalities, cell surface detected villi, and the number was significantly decreased. Conclusion: Abnormal ultrastructure of the band may induce uterine fibroids with adenomyosis.
