以MS +NAA 1mg/L +KT 2mg/L为基本培养基 ,研究了不同浓度的 5种大量元素对银杏愈伤组织的细胞生长及其黄酮醇糖苷含量的影响。结果表明 :NH4 NO3和KH2 PO4 浓度与细胞生长率呈负相关 ;KNO3浓度对细胞生长率影响不大 ,但对黄酮醇糖苷含量影响明显 ;随着MgSO4 浓度的增加 ,细胞生长率和黄酮醇糖苷的含量呈现同步变化 ;随CaCl2 浓度的变化 ,细胞生长率和黄酮醇糖苷含量呈负相关。
Using MS + NAA 1 mg / L and KT 2 mg / L as basic medium, the effects of different concentrations of five macronutrients on the cell growth and flavonol glycoside content in the ginkgo callus were studied. The results showed that the concentration of NH4NO3 and KH2PO4 was negatively correlated with the cell growth rate; KNO3 concentration had little effect on the cell growth rate but had a significant effect on the content of flavonol glycosides; with the increase of MgSO4 concentration, the cell growth rate and flavonol glycoside Showed a synchronous change; with the change of CaCl2 concentration, cell growth rate and flavonol glycosides content was negatively correlated.
