采用激光多谱勒测速仪 (LaserDopplerAnemometer)测定一种生产磷铵的管式反应器中流点的velocity -arriv etime序列 ,通过对这一序列的分析 ,研究了管式反应器流向截面上表征流体湍动程度的均方根脉动速度和湍动度的分布情况 ,实验表明均方根脉动速度和湍动度在径向上呈现抛物线分布 ,均方根脉动速度随Re呈线形变化 ,而湍动度随雷诺数呈抛物线变化。均方根脉动速度在管式反应器中的分布为u′r2 =kRe +R(r2 ,Rer) =k(DUρ/ μ) +R(r2 ,Rer) ,Re >2 0 0 0。
Using the Laser DopplerAnemometer to measure the velocity-arriv etime sequence of the flow-point in a tubular reactor producing ammonium phosphate, the flow-arriv etime sequence of the tubular reactor on the flow cross-section was studied through the analysis of this series. The root mean square pulsation velocity and turbulence distribution were analyzed. The experimental results show that the root mean square pulsation velocity and turbulence degree exhibit a parabolic distribution in the radial direction. The root mean square pulsation velocity changes linearly with Re, while the turbulence Reynolds number showed a parabolic change. Root mean square pulsation velocity distribution in the tubular reactor u’r2 = kRe + R (r2, Rer) = k (DUρ / μ) + R (r2, Rer), Re> 2000.
