随着时代的发展和社会经济的进步,电力行业发展越来越快;市场经济体制的确立和完善,让电力行业之间的竞争日趋激烈,电力企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,并且获得发展和壮大,就需要不断的提高电力施工企业员工的专业技术水平和综合素质。我国越来越多的电力施工企业开始认识到员工培训的重要性;但是,在目前的实际操作中,依然存在着诸多的问题。本文简要介绍了目前在电力企业员工培训中存在的问题,然后分析了如何创新电力企业员工的培训,希望可以提供一些有价值的参考意见。
