电子废弃物缺乏规范的回收处理渠道,导致对生态环境的破坏日益严重。围绕电子废弃物回收处理渠道的特点,综合考虑正规渠道的激励因素与非正规渠道的制约因素,建立回收处理渠道演化的系统动力学模型。以电视机、电冰箱、洗衣机、空调、电脑为例进行研究,结果表明:对电子废弃物正规回收处理企业的政策支持,回收处理企业的技术创新,将正规回收处理企业设计规模利用率作为指标调控回收处理状况,加强对二手家电市场的监管等措施,对增加电子废弃物的正规回收处理量及促进回收处理渠道的规范化具有积极影响。
The lack of standardized recycling of electronic waste treatment channels, leading to the destruction of the ecological environment is increasingly serious. Focusing on the characteristics of e-waste recycling channels, we consider the incentive factors of formal channels and the constraints of informal channels, and establish the system dynamics model of e-waste recycling channels. Taking TV sets, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and computers as an example, the results show that the policy support for the regular recycling of electronic waste, the technological innovation of recycling companies and the utilization rate of formal recycling enterprises as design scale Regulating the recovery and treatment status and strengthening the regulation on the secondary home appliance market have a positive impact on increasing the amount of regular recycling of e-waste and promoting the standardization of recycling channels.
