对含0.87%~4.20%Al,用1#稀土(RE27)及稀土镁(Mg10RE7)变质处理的蠕墨铸铁蠕化衰退性进行了研究,并与普通蠕铁进行了比较.实验表明:在变质剂量相同的条件下,含铝蠕铁的衰退时间可延长约5min.对其机理进行了初步探讨
The vermicular deterioration of vermicular cast iron containing 0.87% -4.20% Al, 1 # rare earth (RE27) and rare earth magnesium (Mg10RE7) was studied and compared with that of ordinary vermicular iron. The experimental results show that the decay time of aluminum-containing vermicular iron can be extended by about 5min under the same deteriorating dosage. The mechanism was discussed tentatively
