陶行知先生提出的儿童教育、人才培养,要坚持因材施教,施展特长,发展个性。一切从实际出发,从生活出发,反对死教育。兴趣是促进学生提高学习效率的原动力。可以推动人们去探索新的知识,发展新的能力,它带有感性色彩,是启迪儿童心灵的钥匙。作为小学数学教师,在教学过程中,因材施教,循序渐进地培养小学生的学习兴趣,既是新课程标准的要求,也是促进小学生个性化发展的需要。让学生主动参与到知识的形成的过程中,激发学生对学习的兴趣,提高学习的自觉性,从而提高教学的效果。
