本文用 DSC、TG、IR 研究了抗癌药倍半氧化羧乙基锗在温度低于587K 的 DSC 曲线上出现的两个吸热峰的性质。实验结果与 Minora Tsutsai 所作的结论:“试样在低于593K 没有熔化与分解的迹象”不一致。本实验表明在较低温下出现的吸热峰是由于试样晶体的熔化引起,而在高温下出现的吸热峰则归因于试样的分解。实验还联系试样的聚集态结构解释了热处理对低温吸热峰的影响。
In this paper, the properties of two endothermic peaks appearing on the DSC curve of the anti-cancer drug carboxymethylgermanium sesquioxide at a temperature lower than 587K were studied by DSC, TG and IR. The conclusion of the experiment and the conclusion made by Minora Tsutsai: “The specimen does not show signs of melting and decomposition below 593K”. This experiment shows that the endothermic peak appearing at a lower temperature is caused by the melting of the sample crystal, and the endothermic peak appearing at a high temperature is attributed to the decomposition of the sample. The experiment also relates to the aggregate structure of the sample to explain the effect of heat treatment on the endothermic peak at low temperature.
