目的探讨鱼油对动物学习记忆的影响。方法采用水迷宫和步入法研究鱼油DHA,每天550mg/kg,连续灌胃14d对小鼠空间方位学习和记忆及回避反应的影响。结果在水迷宫测试中,鱼油组平台象限(A区)游泳距离及以平台为中心5cm环内游泳距离(E区)占总游泳距离百分比对照组显著增加28.9%和53.3%,进入A区和E区次数比对照组分别增加14.8%和40.2%。在步入法测试中,DHA显著延长小鼠避暗潜伏期时间和缩短错误次数,潜伏期延长了85.8%,错误次数减少了66.7%。结论DHA对小鼠学习记忆具有显著的促进作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of fish oil on animal learning and memory. Methods Water maze and step-in method were used to study the effects of fish oil DHA, 550mg / kg per day and continuous intragastric administration for 14 days on spatial orientation learning, memory and evasion response in mice. Results In the water maze test, the swim distance of the fish oil platform quadrant (A zone) and the swimming distance (E zone) within 5cm from the platform were significantly increased by 28.9% and 53.3% of the total swimming distance percentage control group, respectively. The number of entering A and E districts increased by 14.8% and 40.2% respectively compared with the control group. In the walk-in test, DHA significantly prolonged dark avoidance latency and shortened the number of errors, the latency was 85.8%, the number of errors was reduced by 66.7%. Conclusion DHA can significantly promote the learning and memory of mice.
