用微电极技术研究内脏和体表伤害性刺激引起增频反应和减频反应细胞在猫PAG中的分布规律。在猫PAG中有较少减频反应细胞与较多增频反应细胞交错存在。用苏木精曙红染色法观察到猫的PAG中神经无数量较少,主要是大型和中型多极神经元。
Microelectrode technique was used to study the distribution of frequency-response and reduction-response cells in cat PAGs caused by visceral and surface noxious stimulation. There was less crossover with more frequency-reducing reactive cells in cat PAG. No significant number of nerves were found in the PAG of cats with hematoxylin eosin staining, mainly large and medium polypolar neurons.
