锅炉回转式空气预热器上所用推力轴承的周围介质是热空气和烟气,工作温度较高(150~400℃)。过去,这类轴承均采用推力向心球面滚柱轴承,为使该轴承得到良好的润滑而平稳地工作,需要安装庞大的冷却和润滑装置。这不仅增大了日常的维护保养工作量,而且经常出现跑、冒、滴、漏油等现象。为简化结构和克服上述缺点,我们用碳石墨轴承代替原滚柱轴承进行了运转试验,经过三年多的实际运转试验证明:采用自润滑的碳石墨推力轴承(在干摩擦条件下)代替原预热器主轴上用油润滑的滚柱轴承是可行的,试用结果是成功的。现将应用试验情况简介如下:
Boiler rotary air preheater used on the thrust bearing around the medium is hot air and flue gas, the working temperature is high (150 ~ 400 ℃). In the past, these bearings are used to the spherical thrust roller bearings, in order to make the bearing smooth and smooth lubrication, the need to install a large cooling and lubricating device. This not only increases the daily maintenance workload, and often run, run, drip, oil spills and so on. To simplify the structure and overcome the above shortcomings, we used carbon graphite bearings instead of the original roller bearings for running tests. After more than three years of actual running tests, we proved that using self-lubricating carbon graphite thrust bearings (under dry friction conditions) instead of the original Pre-heater oil-lubricated spindle bearings are feasible, the trial results are successful. Now the application of test conditions are as follows:
