本试验以0-140KR60CO-γ射线辐射我国25个苜蓿种和品种的干种子,研究苜蓿的辐射敏感性,确定苜蓿的适宜辐射剂量,结果表明:种子的活力指数、根长、幼苗存活率、苗高、株高、青草产量与剂量呈负相关。不同苜蓿品种辐射敏感性存在显著差异。应用模糊聚类分析法将25个品种的辐射敏感性分为极敏感型、敏感型、中间型、迟钝型和极迟钝型五类。以苗高为指标,苜蓿品种的适宜辐射剂量在50-135KR之间,不同品种之间相差2-3倍。
In this experiment, 0-140KR60CO-γ radiation was used to irradiate the dry seeds of 25 alfalfa varieties and varieties in China. The radiosensitivity of alfalfa was studied to determine the appropriate radiation dose of alfalfa. The results showed that the seed vigor index, root length, seedling survival rate, Seedling height, plant height, grass yield and dose were negatively correlated. Radiation sensitivity of different alfalfa varieties were significantly different. The radiation sensitivity of 25 cultivars was divided into five categories (sensitive type, sensitive type, intermediate type, slow type and very late type) using fuzzy cluster analysis. In order to shoot height as an indicator, the appropriate radiation dose of alfalfa varieties in between 50-135KR, a difference of 2-3 times between different varieties.
