基于Abaqus有限元分析软件的显式分析模块,建立了简化的45钢线性摩擦焊同质接头的三维计算模型,研究了其线性摩擦焊接时接头温度场和轴向缩短量的变化情况,并针对工艺参数中的振动频率对焊接结果的影响进行了分析。结果表明:焊接界面中心温度在1s内上升到800℃,之后界面温度缓慢上升至950℃左右,随着焊接过程的进行,焊接界面温度场均匀化,轴向缩短量不断增加,大量材料被挤出形成了飞边。最后将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了计算模型的可靠性。
Based on the explicit analysis module of Abaqus finite element analysis software, a simplified three-dimensional calculation model of 45 steel linear friction welding homogenous joint was established. The variation of temperature field and axial shortening of joint in linear friction welding was studied. The influence of the vibration frequency in the process parameters on the welding results was analyzed. The results show that the temperature of the welding interface rises to 800 ℃ within 1s, and then the temperature of the interface slowly increases to about 950 ℃. As the welding process progresses, the temperature field at the welding interface becomes uniform and the axial shortening increases continuously. Out of the formation of the flash. Finally, the simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the reliability of the calculation model.
