Summary In the Second World War, the invasion of North Korea and the subsequent period of time, the U. S. Army’s tactical network radio communications system used AM and FM radio stations. These stations have certain requirements for frequency control systems; and the way to meet these requirements is to use 0.005% type crystals in circuits that use as little crystal as possible, to produce many signals. In the past few years, high frequency and very high frequency (low end) suppressed carrier single sideband radios for tactical networks have been developed. The purpose of this article is to talk about tactical networks or
