目的研究豆科葛属植物粉葛(Pueraria thom soniiBenth.)干燥花的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离,依据光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从粉葛花中分离得到9个异黄酮和2个黄酮类成分,分别鉴定为4,′7-二甲基鸢尾黄素(1)、鸢尾甲黄素A(2)、尼泊尔鸢尾异黄酮(3)、染料木素(4)、irilin D(5)、7-甲基鸢尾黄素(6)、鸢尾黄素(7)、鸢尾苷(8)、葛花苷(9)、木犀草素(10)、芹菜素(11)。结论化合物2、5、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物1、3、4、7~11为首次从粉葛花中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of dried flowers of Pueraria thomiiii Benth. Methods A variety of chromatographic techniques were used to separate the compounds and their structures were identified based on spectral data. Results Nine isoflavones and two flavonoids were isolated from the powder of Pueraria lobata, and were identified as 4, 7-dimethyl-irisanthin (1), irisoftin A (2) (3), genistein (4), irilin D (5), 7-methyl tectorite (6), tectorigenin (7), tectorigen (8) Su (10), apigenin (11). Conclusion Compounds 2,5,6 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1, 3, 4, 7 ~ 11 were isolated from Pueraria lobata for the first time.
