以花楸带侧芽茎段为试材,研究了花楸组织培养及快速繁殖的适宜条件。试验表明,花楸在激素水平为6-BA1mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,6-BA3mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L时增殖效果好。芽分化率100%,每芽平均分化芽数多于7,苗高度适中、健壮。生长素浓度为IBA0.3~0.4mg/L或NAA0.2~0.3mg/L时生根效果好,每苗平均生根数多于4.3,根长大于1.60cm。
With Rowan bud with lateral buds as test material, the suitable conditions for tissue culture and rapid propagation of Sorbus aucuparia were studied. The results showed that the proliferation of rowan was better when the hormone level was 6-BA1mg / L + NAA0.1mg / L, 6-BA2mg / L + NAA0.2mg / L, 6-BA3mg / L + NAA0.3mg / L. Bud differentiation rate of 100%, the average number of buds per bud more than 7, seedlings moderate height, robust. When the auxin concentration was IBA0.3 ~ 0.4mg / L or NAA0.2 ~ 0.3mg / L, the rooting effect was good. The average rooting number per plant was more than 4.3 and the root length was greater than 1.60cm.
