一、POZ—O—TEC技术这种技术是在粉煤灰和废烟脱硫产生亚硫酸盐废渣中掺入一定比例的石灰混合而成。该制品的特征是强度高,难透水,不飞扬和不溶解。主要用于回填、填方、道路基底材、路基材、防水衬,鱼礁砌块。该技术从美国引进,目前正进行配比试验、现场基础试验和实地填方试验。由于日本的粉煤灰质量、环境条件、气象条件均与美国有差异,因而要通过现场试验以评价其工艺、技术的适用性。该技术由煤炭技术研究所,CCS振兴协会,三井建设承担和实施。实用时期,预计在平成初年以后。
I. POZ-O-TEC technology This technology is based on the mixing of fly ash and sulphite waste slag generated from waste flue gas with a certain proportion of lime. The product is characterized by high strength, impervious to water, non-flying and insoluble. Mainly used for backfilling, filling, road base materials, road base materials, waterproof linings, reef blocks. This technology was introduced from the United States and is currently undergoing rationing tests, on-site basic tests, and field filling tests. As the quality of fly ash in Japan, environmental conditions, and weather conditions are all different from those in the United States, field trials are needed to evaluate the applicability of its processes and technologies. The technology is undertaken and implemented by the Coal Technology Institute, the CCS Revitalization Association, and Mitsui Construction. Practical period is expected after the Heisei period.
