目前,在国家经济快速发展的基础上,城市化进程不断加快,致使城市高大综合性建筑与大型地下空间建设项目逐年增长。在此背景下,高大综合建筑物与大型地下空间火灾发生频率呈不断上升趋势,且火灾规模不断扩大,导致城市经济损失严重,阻碍城市发展。本文笔者将结合高大综合性建筑与大型地下空间火灾防控中存在的问题,探究高大综合性建筑与大型地下空间火灾防控技术的优化路径,以供相关人士参考。
At present, on the basis of the rapid economic development of the country, the process of urbanization continues to accelerate, resulting in a year-on-year increase in the construction of tall integrated buildings and large-scale underground space in cities. Under this background, the frequency of fires in high-rise buildings and large-scale underground space is on the rise, and the scale of fires is constantly expanding, leading to serious economic losses in cities and hindering the development of cities. In this paper, the author will combine the problems in the tall and comprehensive buildings and the prevention and control of fires in large underground space to explore the optimized path of the tall and big complex buildings and the fire prevention and control technology of large underground space for the reference of relevant parties.
