由于对铁精矿的质量要求越来越高,必须更新现有铁矿石选矿流程,并研究出有效的工艺。许多研究工作者对不同矿区的粗精矿采取浮选法获得了含铁量大于70%的优质磁铁矿精矿。用物理选矿法获得含硅量低于0.3%精矿的努力未能成功。采用化学选矿法可获得含杂质较少的精矿。
Due to the increasing demands for the quality of iron concentrates, the existing iron ore beneficiation processes must be updated and efficient processes developed. Many researchers have obtained finer magnetite concentrates with greater than 70% iron by flotation of crude concentrates from different mines. Efforts to obtain concentrates with less than 0.3% silicon by physical beneficiation have not been successful. Using chemical beneficiation method can be obtained with less impurities in the concentrate.
