化学铣切是在金属零件表面上涂覆能够抗腐蚀溶液作用的保护涂料,利用溶液的腐蚀作用去除需要去除表面金属的过程。加工过程中,化铣区的确定是非常关键的一道工序,而作为确定化铣区的辅助工具,化学铣切样板的设计与制造过程中,存在各类技术难题。本文通过对某机型飞机生产过程中几个典型复杂零件的分析,从不同的方面论述了解决的方案,提出了新工艺,新方案,经过反复的实验,改进并落实到实际生产中用以指导化铣样板的生产。
