新课程改革的目标之一是改善学生的学习方式,教学过程中突出了学生的主体地位,同时又指出教师应发挥主导作用,这是对传统教育观念的重大突破,是对教学本质的正本清源。正确认识新课程理念下教师的主导作用:新课程对教师主导作用提出了更高的要求;教师发挥主导作用应以落实学生的主体地位为基础。扮演好多元角色,多种方式发挥教师主导作用:回归主权,成为学生学习的组织者;因势利导,成为学生学习的引导者;屈身下顾,成为学生学习的合作者。继承传统教学优点,提高发挥主导作用的能力
One of the goals of the new curriculum reform is to improve students ’learning style. The teaching process highlights students’ dominant position and at the same time points out that teachers should play a leading role. This is a major breakthrough in traditional educational concepts and a clear source of teaching essence. Correctly understand the leading role of teachers in the new curriculum concept: the new curriculum puts forward higher requirements for the leading role of teachers; and the teacher plays a leading role should be based on the implementation of the dominant position of the students.
