In the second half of last year, our company fully implemented the preferential policies for improving the treatment of first-line workers, which greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of employees and promoted the progress of construction. Our company is a subordinate integrated construction company. The team has large mobility, many field operations, and high labor intensity. In particular, underground construction workers have poor conditions and work hazards.
