一、前言随着计算机数控(CNC)机床逐渐普及,柔性制造单元(FMC)、柔性制造系统(FMS)和计算机集成制造系统、(CIMS)在生产中得到越来越广泛的应用,对切削状态的实时监控提出了迫切的要求,传统的刀具寿命管理方法已不能适应现代生产的需要,切削刀具失效的在线实时监控已成为FMS、CIMS研究中的一项关键技术。国内外对此进行了广泛的研究,提出了许多监控刀具失效的方法。这些方法中,检测主电机或进给电机功率作为监控参量的功率法,以其信号提取方便、技术可靠,抗干扰能力强、经济,易于推广等优点而被认为是很有前途的方法之一。
I. INTRODUCTION With the popularization of computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools, the flexible manufacturing unit (FMC), flexible manufacturing system (FMS) and computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS) have been more and more widely used in the production. The traditional method of tool life management has been unable to meet the needs of modern production. The online real-time monitoring of cutting tool failure has become a key technology in the research of FMS and CIMS. Extensive research has been carried out at home and abroad, and many methods for monitoring tool failure have been put forward. Among these methods, the power method of detecting the power of the main motor or the feed motor as a monitoring parameter is considered as one of the promising methods for its convenient signal extraction, reliable technique, strong anti-interference ability, economy and easy popularization .
