海上油气田生产污水的处理工艺由于海上处理设施所处海域的位置、原油品质的不同而大相径庭,水力漩流器加撇油罐的处理模式由于其结构紧凑、处理效果稳定等优点,近年来在海上得到了广泛的应用,但同时也存在着能耗高,维修成本高等不足。近年来出现了采用旋转离心分离和气浮分离为工作原理的新型油田污水处理设备,大幅度降低了生产污水的含油量。装置还具有能耗低、操作简单、成本低、占地面积小等一系列特点。本文就南海某油田FPSO上的这两套处理系统进行论述。
