根据分层次教学对学生学习成绩、学习心理产生的影响,以及对高职人才培养目标、学校教学管理体制提出的问题,用有说服力的论据,论证了分层次教学的有效性。提出应该科学制定分层次教学的评价体系和目标体系,重视非智力因素对学生成长的重要作用。
According to the effect of the hierarchical teaching on the students’ academic performance and the psychology of learning, as well as the problems raised by the goal of higher vocational personnel training and the school teaching management system, the validity of the teaching at different levels is demonstrated with persuasive arguments. It is suggested that the evaluation system and target system of teaching in different levels should be scientifically established, and the important role of non-intelligence factors in the growth of students should be emphasized.
