经渗氮处理的零件在后续加工、周转及装机使用过程中易在其尖边及锐角处发生渗层局部剥落现象,是一直影响本公司航空产品质量的突出问题。本文在典型渗氮零件1Cr17Ni2钢调整齿套热处理工艺的基础上,选取3种材料的零件进行了不同的渗氮处理、磨削加工试验以及破坏性试验,研究了零件材料、热处理及磨削加工工艺参数等对调整齿套渗氮层剥落程度的影响,并提出了改进措施及建议。
Nitriding parts in the subsequent processing, turnover and installed in the process of its use at the sharp edges and acute exfoliation occurred at the local phenomenon, has been the impact of the company’s aviation product quality outstanding issues. In this paper, based on the heat treatment technology of the adjustable gear of 1Cr17Ni2 steel with typical nitriding parts, three parts of nitriding, grinding and destructive tests were selected, and the part materials, heat treatment and grinding were studied. Process parameters on the adjustment of the nitrided layer of toothbrushing spalling degree of impact and put forward improvements and recommendations.
