目的:本文以乌鲁木齐市某公立医院2005~2013年医疗纠纷数据为研究对象,分析该院医疗纠纷现状,为防范和避免医疗纠纷提供建议。方法对民族、科室、处理方式等数据,运用统计描述进行整理分析。结果1002例医疗纠纷例数中,汉族占58.68%,少数民族占41.32%;科室分布中,外科占总数的38.03%,内科20.76%;处理方式中,78.24%为协商处理,法律诉讼占13.87%,行政调解占7.88%。结论合理规划新疆医疗资源,提高医务人员技术水平,解决医患沟通障碍是解决医疗纠纷的有效措施。“,”Objective In this paper, a public hospital in Urumqi 2005~2013 the Medical Disputes data for the study, analysis of hospital medical status of the dispute, to provide advice to prevent and avoid medical disputes.Methods The nation, departments, handling and other data, using descriptive statistics to organize analysis.Results 1002 cases of medical disputes , the Han nationality accounts for 58.68 percent, minorities accounted for 41.32%; distribution department, accounting for 38.03% of the total number of surgical, medical 20.76%; processing mode, 78.24% for the negotiation process, litigation accounted for 13.87 percent, administrative mediation accounted for 7.88%.Conclusion Xinjiang rational planning of medical resources, improve the technical level of medical personnel, to solve the communication barriers between doctors and patients is an effective measure for resolving medical disputes.
