应用热弹塑性有限元的方法,研究了含裂纹非均质焊接接头的残余应力分布及板内塑性区特征。结果表明,对于焊前开裂纹接头,残余应力使板内裂尖附近产生明显的应力集中,残余应力的峰值高于焊接材料的屈服强度。此外,当裂纹尺寸大于焊缝宽度后,强度组配对应力集中的影响将逐渐减弱。
The thermo-plastic finite element method is used to study the residual stress distribution and the plastic zone characteristics of inhomogeneous welded joints with cracks. The results show that the residual stress causes the stress concentration near the crack tip of the plate, and the peak value of residual stress is higher than the yield strength of the welding material. In addition, when the crack size is larger than the width of the weld, the effect of the stress concentration of the strength group will be gradually weakened.
