目的研究微波辅助萃取野菊花中绿原酸的提取工艺。方法以产品得率和绿原酸质量分数为指标,均匀设计4.0软件设计的U10(108)均匀试验表对野菊花的微波辅助萃取工艺参数进行优化。结果优化出的最佳工艺:微波功率340W、辐射时间20min、溶剂乙醇体积分数60%、乙醇用量为9倍,浸泡时间30min。与传统加热回流野菊花产品得率和绿原酸质量分数(分别为16.8%、0.889%)比较,优化的微波辅助萃取野菊花所得相应指标分别为18.3%、1.212%。结论微波辅助萃取野菊花中绿原酸具有萃取时间短、溶剂用量少、目标组分得率高等优点。
Objective To study the extraction technology of chlorogenic acid in microwave-assisted extraction of wild chrysanthemum. Methods Using the U10 (108) uniform test table designed by 4.0 software to optimize the microwave assisted extraction process parameters of wild chrysanthemum flower, the yield and chlorogenic acid mass fraction were used as indexes. The optimized results were as follows: microwave power 340W, irradiation time 20min, solvent ethanol volume fraction 60%, ethanol dosage 9 times, soaking time 30min. Compared with the yield of traditional heating reflux Chrysanthemum and chlorogenic acid (16.8%, 0.889%, respectively), the corresponding indexes of microwave-assisted extraction of wild chrysanthemum were 18.3% and 1.212% respectively. Conclusion The microwave-assisted extraction of chlorogenic acid from Chrysanthemum indicum has the advantages of short extraction time, low solvent consumption and high yield of target components.
