真菌性角膜炎是一种致盲率很高的感染性角膜病，由于抗生素及皮质类固醇的广泛应用及农业性植物外伤机会增多，患者逐年增加。真菌种类多，对其治疗无特异性药物，临床治疗感到十分棘手。我科近２ａ采用氟康唑治疗了３２例真菌性角膜溃疡，取得了较好疗效，现报告如下。１资料 Fungal keratitis is a highly contagious keratopathy with a high rate of blinding.
