目的观察一次性使用光学窥喉镜在困难气道中的应用。方法本组病例全部采用一次性使用光学窥喉镜气管插管。结果本组病例顺利完成气管插管，且对血压影响较小。结论本方法易掌握、较安全。“,”Objective To observe the appliance of optical laryngoscope in difficult trachea .
