在做专职咨洵顾问以前,我先后在五家企业打了10年工。每次的岗位名义上不同,分别是企划部经理、总办企划助理、市场总监等,但实际上都以“企划部负责人”为主要角色。这五家中型企业(集团),我加盟以前可以说都没有企划部(或者只有广告宣传物资制作等单项功能);组建企划部后,企业的经济效益都是高速增长;但集团公司上下一致承认企划部的伟大建树的同时,又异口同声地要求撤掉企划部。
Before I worked as a full-time consultant, I worked in five companies for 10 years. Each position is nominally different, namely Planning Department Manager, Chief Planning Assistant, Marketing Director, but in fact all the “Planning Department responsible person” as the main role. The five medium-sized enterprises (groups), before I joined, did not have the Planning Department (or only the production of advertising materials and other single functions). After the establishment of the Planning Department, the economic benefits of the enterprises all enjoyed rapid growth. However, the Group Company unanimously acknowledged Planning Department’s great achievements at the same time, unanimously requested removal of the Planning Department.
