目的::比较OA-2000和Sirius测量近视患者眼前节参数的差异,为临床提供参考。方法::系列病例研究。选择2020年10月1─31日到北京大学深圳医院眼科就诊的拟行近视矫正手术的患者112例(224眼)。分别采用OA-2000和Sirius测量患者前房深度(ACD) (不含角膜厚度)、水平角膜横径(WTW)和中央角膜厚度(CCT)。采用配对n t检验和Pearson相关性分析比较2种仪器测量结果的差异性和相关性,用Bland-Altman法评价其一致性。n 结果::Sirius和OA-2000测量的WTW分别为(11.84±0.38)mm和(11.87±0.38)mm,差异有统计学意义(n t=-3.66,n P<0.001),二者呈正相关(n r=0.97,n P<0.001);ACD分别为(3.23±0.26)mm和(3.16±0.25)mm,差异有统计学意义(n t=15.11,n P<0.001),二者呈正相关(n r=0.96,n P<0.001);CCT分别为(538±35)μm和(524±34)μm,差异有统计学意义(n t=27.20,n P<0.001),二者呈正相关(n r=0.97,n P<0.001)。Bland-Altman法分析2种仪器测量WTW、ACD、CCT的95%一致性范围分别为-0.16~0.21 mm、-0.20~0.07 mm、-29.1~1.1 μm。n 结论::OA-2000和Sirius对近视患者的WTW、ACD、CCT测量结果相关性好,但是有差异,一致性欠佳,临床上不可直接相互替代。“,”Objective::To evaluate the agreement in measuring the anterior ocular segment in myopia using the OA-2000 and Sirius systems.Methods::In this case series study, OA-2000 and Sirius were used to measure the corneal white-to-white (WTW) distance, anterior chamber depth (ACD) and central corneal thickness (CCT) of the anterior segment of 112 subjects (224 eyes) with myopia. The subjects visited the Department of Ophthalmology, Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University from October 1 to October 31, 2020. A paired n t test and Pearson correlation analysis were used to compare the difference and correlation between the two instruments, and the Bland-Altman method was used to evaluate their consistency.n Results::The average horizontal corneal diameter (WTW) was 11.84±0.38 mm and 11.87±0.38 mm respectively by Sirius, OA-2000, which was a statistically significant difference (n t=-3.66, n P<0.001). The average anterior chamber depth (ACD) from the corneal endothelium to the anterior surface of the lens was 3.23±0.26 mm and 3.16±0.25 mm, which was a statistically significant difference (n t=15.11, n P<0.001). The average central corneal thickness (CCT) was 538±35 μm and 524±34 μm, which was a statistically significant difference (n t=27.20, n P<0.001). There were high correlations between the two instruments: WTW (n r=0.97, n P<0.001), ACD (n r=0.96, n P<0.001), and CCT (n r=0.97, n P<0.001). The 95% limits of agreement (LoA) between the devices for WTW, ACD, and CCT were -0.16-0.21 mm, -0.20-0.07 mm, and -29.1-1.1 μm using the Bland-Altman limits of agreement (LoA) method.n Conclusions::The correlations between OA-2000 and Sirius in terms of measuring anterior segment parameters in myopia are excellent. Significant differences were detected in WTW, ACD and CCT, so they should not be directly substituted for each other.
