本文用透明带下精子显微注射法(SUZI)及细胞质内精子显微注射法(ICSI)进行小鼠显微授精的可行性及影响因素的研究。其中SUZI法的受精率达29.2%,卵裂率为42.8%,移植后出生了2只健康仔鼠。小鼠卵对ICSI法操作耐受差,用ICSI法注射移植卵无仔鼠出生。本研究建立了透明带下精子显微注射授精的动物模型,为精子显微注射法应用于临床奠定了基础。
In this study, we investigated the feasibility and influencing factors of microscopic insemination in mice by using zygotic microscopic injection (SUZI) and cytoplasmic sperm microinjection (ICSI). Among them, SUZI method fertilized rate of 29.2%, cleavage rate was 42.8%, 2 healthy offspring born after transplantation. The mouse eggs were poorly tolerated by the ICSI method, and the ICSI method was used to inoculate the transplanted eggs. In this study, the animal model of sperm microinjection and insemination in zona pellucida was established, which laid the foundation for the clinical application of sperm microinjection.
