在电杆生产中,蒸养工序所占的时间最长,能源消耗也最大。因此,采用先进的养护工艺是大幅度节省能源、提高经济效益的有效途径。我厂先后两次改进了养护工艺:先是由内通式蒸养改为普通坑式养护,后是在学习重庆建工学院与重庆预制构件公司一厂对楼板进行“热介质定向循环养护工艺”试验的经验的基础上,又将普通坑式养护改为能进行简单自动控制的热介质定向循环养护。这两次改进分别取得了比内通式蒸养
