热稳定性是非晶态合金应用中重要的性能之一。本文利用示差扫描量热法测定了Ni—7.6wt%Fe—13.7wt%P非晶态合金的DSC曲线。该合金在连续加热过程中发生了六次放热转变,峰值分别为248,303,322,350,376,442℃。322℃峰在快速加热中消失,其它五次放热转变的激活能分别为131.5,111.6,237.8,253.6,238.5kJ/mol。研究结果表明,Fe—Ni—P非晶态合金的热稳定性优于非晶态Ni—P合金。
Thermal stability is one of the most important properties of amorphous alloy applications. In this paper, DSC curve of Ni-7.6wt% Fe-13.7wt% P amorphous alloy was measured by differential scanning calorimetry. The alloy in the continuous heating process occurred six exothermic transitions, the peaks were 248,303,322,350,376,442 ℃. The peak of 322 ℃ disappeared in rapid heating, and the activation energies of the other five exothermic transitions were 131.5, 111.6, 237.8, 253.6 and 238.5 kJ / mol, respectively. The results show that the thermal stability of Fe-Ni-P amorphous alloy is better than that of amorphous Ni-P alloy.
