目的研究盐浓度、温度、孵化时间对日本血吸虫虫卵孵化的影响。方法分别采用浓度为0、0.5、1.2、2g/100ml的氯化钠溶液并分别在4、16、26、37℃条件下对日本血吸虫虫卵进行孵化,且在适宜温度下,观察日内、日间孵化的变异系数;分别在20min、1h、2h、4h、8h、12h观察各组孵化情况。结果氯化钠浓度在1.2g/100ml以下可孵化出40~154个毛蚴,温度在26℃孵出264个毛蚴,随着标本放置时间的延长,孵出毛蚴数由225个减少至198个。结论无盐、26℃、孵化2h是粪便血吸虫虫卵孵化的适宜条件。
Objective To study the effect of salt concentration, temperature and incubation time on egg hatching of Schistosoma japonicum. Methods The eggs of Schistosoma japonicum were incubated at the concentrations of 0, 0.5, 1.2 and 2g / 100ml sodium chloride solution at 4,16,26,37 ℃, respectively. At the appropriate temperature, Incubation coefficient of variation; respectively in 20min, 1h, 2h, 4h, 8h, 12h observed the hatching of each group. Results The results showed that 40-154 miracidia were hatched when the concentration of sodium chloride was below 1.2g / 100ml, 264 miracidia were hatched at 26 ℃, and the number of hatching larvae decreased from 225 to 198 with the extension of time. Conclusion Salt-free, hatching at 26 ℃ for 2h is an appropriate condition for egg hatching of Schistosoma japonicum.
