我国改革进程不断取得进步,国内企业的数量不断增加,规模不断扩大。市场经济体制逐步完善,企业面临的竞争越来越激烈。当前,企业在经济内控管理中逐渐有弊端显现,因此急需整顿企业经济内控管理工作,不断提升企业的市场竞争力,这也是企业管理亟待解决的问题。本文分析了企业实施内控管理的必要性,并对现今企业经济内控进而有针对性地提出了完善企业内控管理的建议和措施。希望本文对做好企业内控管理工作有借鉴意义。 China’s reform process has made continuous progress. The number of domestic companies has continued to increase and the scale has continued to expand. The market economy system has gradually improved, and companies are facing more and more fierce competition. At present, enterprises have gradually appeared drawbacks in the internal control of the economy. Therefore, there is an urgent need to rectify the internal control and management of enterprises’ economy, and continuously improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. This is also an urgent problem to be solved in enterprise management. This paper analyzes the necessity of the implementation of internal control management by enterprises, and proposes the suggestions and measures for improving the internal control management of enterprises in a targeted manner.
