基于三维离散元法,建立了等厚筛离散元模型.对于粒度为0.8倍筛孔直径的难筛颗粒进行了虚拟实验研究,得到了颗粒分层和透筛状态下的颗粒群分布状态.在此基础上分别研究了等厚筛筛面倾角、振动方向角和振动强度对于该模型筛分效果的影响规律.实验结果表明:总体上随振动强度的增大,筛分效果降低,筛分完成时间缩短.当筛面倾角为0.5°、振动方向角为45°以及振动强度为3.5时,该等厚筛具有最佳的筛分效果,筛分效率为92.2%,筛分完成时间为9.95 s.
Based on the three-dimensional discrete element method, a discrete element model of equal thickness was established, and a virtual experimental study was conducted on the difficult-to-sieve particles with a mesh size of 0.8 times the diameter of the sieve.
