在2011年以前,由于神东李家畔生态园小区大部分太阳能集热系统处于停用状态,为保障用户正常用水,只能启动辅助加热系统供热,有的控制系统不能自动工作,需要人工手动。温度低时启动电加热,到达温度关闭电加热,因此产生较大运行电费、加热管更换费用及人力成本。因此对其进行了太阳能浴水系统的改造,系统改造完成后,公司组织了多个部门进行了验收,并继续对系统运行状况进行了半个月的运行监测跟踪,并对系统改造前后做了对比分析及评审工作。
