在图1所示的零件中,φD孔轴线到底面的距离为h±δ。一般的测量方法是将零件底面放在平板上,如图2所示以心轴模拟,用高度尺或带高度架的指示式量仪测量出心轴两端的高度h_A、h_B,将h_A和h_B分别减去心轴的半径,即为实际测量的φD孔轴线到底面的距离。这样的数据处理方法容易出现误判。图3是φD孔轴线到底面距离的公差带图。由此可知,φD孔轴线只要位于宽度2δ的公差带内,该轴线到底面的距离则为合格。当φD孔轴线在极限位置时,如图4中的轴线AB,
