根据前期大气环流、水文要素与年径流量、年最大洪峰流量及各月最大洪峰流量的对应关系和水文要素自身的演变规律,经过计算分析,现对我省泾河(张家山站)、洛河((氵状)头站)、渭河(林家村、魏家堡、咸阳、华县站)、黄河(龙门、潼关站)、汉江(武候镇、洋县、安康站)、嘉陵江(略阳站)等主要河流12个控制站1996年径流量、年最大洪峰流量、汛期各月最大流量及洪涝灾害作出以下展望:
