本文通过盆栽试验,研究了在NH4NO3,NaNO3,UREA和(NH4)2SO4四种形态氮肥下生长的两个烤烟主栽品种K326和NC89在土壤干旱胁迫下抗旱性的差异。同时研究了上述四种氮肥形态对烤烟的有关生物学性状和烟叶产量的影响。实验证明,在同等施肥水平下四种氮肥村烤烟生长的促进效果为NH4NO3>N3NO3>(NH4)2SO4>UREA。其中NC89对NH4-N和UREA的适应能力略强于K326。K326更适应于在NO30N下生长。通过对干旱胁迫下各处理烟叶产量的比较以及各处理烟株水分代谢,根系活力以及细胞膜透性等有关生理指标的研究证明,在同等水分胁迫条件下,在不同氮肥形态处理中,NH4NO3NO3-N处理的烤烟抗旱性强,UREA和(NH4)2SO4处理的烤烟抗旱性弱。NC89的抗旱能力比K326强。
In this paper, pot experiments were conducted to study the differences of drought resistance between two main cultivars K326 and NC89 grown under four nitrogen fertilizers, NH4NO3, NaNO3, UREA and (NH4) 2SO4 under soil drought stress. At the same time, the effects of above four nitrogen forms on the related biological characters and leaf yield of flue-cured tobacco were also studied. Experiments show that under the same fertilization level, the promoting effect of four nitrogen fertilizer flue-cured tobacco growing is NH4NO3> N3NO3> (NH4) 2SO4> UREA. Among them, NC89 had slightly better adaptability to NH4-N and UREA than K326. K326 is more adapted to grow under NO30N. Through the comparison of the yield of different treatments under drought stress and the related physiological indexes such as water metabolism, root activity and cell membrane permeability of the treated plants, it was proved that under the same water stress conditions, in the different forms of nitrogenous fertilizer, NH4NO3NO3-N Flue-cured tobacco treated with drought-resistant, UREA and (NH4) 2SO4 flue-cured tobacco drought resistance is weak. The drought resistance of NC89 is stronger than that of K326.
