目的对光毒性(光刺激性)、光过敏性、光致癌性和光遗传毒性等检测方法进行综述,为药物非临床光安全性检测提供参考。方法通过查阅与光安全性检测相关的国内外文献和指导原则,对各类光安全性检测的体内、体外方法和研究进展进行叙述和总结。结果与结论近年来,临床上报道有很多药物具有光敏性甚至光致癌性,如补骨脂素、氟喹诺酮类药物和磺胺类药物等。药物的光安全性逐渐受到关注,对于具有潜在光安全性问题的药物,应加强临床前检测工作。
Objective To summarize the detection methods of phototoxicity (light irritation), phototoxicity, phototoxicity and phototoxicity, and provide references for non-clinical light safety testing. Methods By referring to the domestic and international literature and guidelines related to light safety testing, the methods and research progress of various light safety tests in vivo and in vitro were described and summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS In recent years, many drugs have been reported clinically as photosensitized and even photodamaged, such as psoralen, fluoroquinolones and sulfonamides. The light safety of drugs has drawn increasing attention and preclinical testing should be strengthened for drugs with potential light safety issues.
