对花魔芋45SrDNA进行染色体物理定位,并分析花魔芋荧光染色体核型。使用荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术进行定位。花魔芋有1对45SrDNA位点位于7号染色体短臂端部处;核型公式为K(2n)=2x=26=16m+6sm+4st,属2B核型。该研究为花魔芋染色体识别、分子细胞遗传图谱构建提供了稳定有效的细胞学标记。
Chromosome physical localization of konjac 45SrDNA was analyzed, and karyotype of konjac fluorescence karyotype was analyzed. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) technique was used for localization. There are a pair of 45S rDNA loci in konjac at the short arm end of chromosome 7; karyotype formula is K (2n) = 2x = 26 = 16m + 6sm + 4st, belonging to 2B karyotype. The study provided a stable and effective cytological marker for floral konjac chromosome recognition and molecular cytogenetic mapping.
